Car was clean and what we asked. Our driver was in time, polite, helpful,
speaks good English and was able to tell us many inside information about
Kochi and Munnar. When we left to houseboat, he waited until the boat left
to see that everything was in order. The same with other trips. We would
wish come to Kerala again, we would wish him as our driver / guide.
The schedule was arranged quickly as per my requests. There was sufficient communication by E-mail and phone. We were delivered the documents with a brief explanation and there were no mistakes in the documents!
