Elephant Valley Hotel, Eco Farm Hotel is a 100 acres nature reserve and organic farm welcoming eco-tourists and nature lovers all year round.It is located in the Palani hills, Tamil Nadu an area of the Western Ghats in South India which is one of the 25 most important Biodiversity hotspots of the planet. Kodaikanal, the well-known hill-station is just 20 kms away.

Elephant Valley Kodaikanal is the last settlement on the border of the National Forest which extends into wildlife sanctuaries of Kerala.
It is uniquely situated on an elephant migration route that is centuries old. This land and the rivers we share with local people blessed with prestigious vegetal and animal species including: native birds, leopards, deer, bison and elephants. Its remoteness allowed it to almost escape the ravages of 'modern' chemical agriculture.
Accommodation :
There are 12 estate cottages according to our commitment to reduce the impact on environment. Each of them is equipped with solar lights, low comsuption bulbs, firewood fuelled for hot water showers and waste water treatment plant. All our accommodation have No air conditioning for environmental reasons and because it's always very cool at night.
hese cottages have been tastefully created with local granite and reclaimed doors, windows and wood. Colonial and art deco furniture from our collection are part of the interiors. Each cottage has the privacy of its own garden overlooking the perennial Gangavaar River and the coffee plantation. Each one is of a unique inspiration, furniture, size, facility, ranging from one for couples to one for families or friends. uring the winter nights you can warm up and get cosy with locally made wood stoves.
