The new Heritage Hotel of Abad Group- Grand Residencia opened in Fort Cochin with grandeur of 140 years of history. This luxury hotel on the Princess Street of Kochi.Mr.Koder. a renowned businessman and a reputed Jew, built this house in the Portugese colony of Fort Kochi in 1868. This beautiful Koder House has a mixture of Portugese and Kerala architecture. After Koder family left for Israel, this was rented out to different business organizations .In the transition from Koder house to Grande Residencia Cochin, the Abad Group has taken care to retain the old-world charm of this historic house. The open courtyard, long verandas, typical Portuguese doors and windows.. everything’s remains the same even after a century.

There are 9 heritage rooms, 11 boutique rooms and 1 suite in Grande Residencia Cochin. All the rooms are equipped with refrigerators

The Heritage rooms offer a large bedroom, a state-of-the art bathroom equipped with bath tub and other amenitie, all done up luxuriously. The heritage theme is carefully maintained in the draperies, furnishings,antique furniture, ward robe, luggage rack and all the accessories.
Boutique Rooms:
Boutique rooms are spacious pool facing air-conditioned rooms with The Bathrooms are with shower cubicle .Supplies of other amenities. .Ward robe and luggage rack is also available.

Suite Rooms are located in the old book which are spacious royal cot and sofa seating. Antique furniture .Ward robe. Luggage rack. Bathrooms provide bath tub with Jacuzzi. Fruit basket. Extra bed on additional charge

The multi cuisine restaurant at Grande Residencia Cochin overlooks the patio and swimming pool . There is also a Party room for 40 persons and reading lounge.
